＊The postage (about 6,000 yen) must be deposited to the court.
＊Since the documentary evidence must be translated into Japanese, a translation fee will be required according to its volume.
＊The creditor itself does not necessarily have to appear in court.
＊When seizing the debtor’s bank accounts as a compulsory execution, the payment to the court is 4,000 yen and the deposited postage will be 3,000 to 5,000 yen.
